Students create an air pressure launcher for use with their paper rockets. The rocket launcher, although fun for all students, is ideal for younger students because it is relatively easy to construct, and the students love to stomp on the bottle to launch the rocket.
The "Rocket Launcher" activity is from the Rockets Educators Guide. Although grade levels are suggested, small modifications will enable more complex activities to be used successfully with other grade levels for observation, demonstration or complete lessons.
