  1. Heart and Circulation: Outside and Inside - How does the heart circulate blood throughout the body?

  2. Coronary Artery Disease Model - How do arteries become blocked, and how does this process lead to heart attack?

  3. Is It a Heart Attack? - What are the warning signs and symptoms of a heart attack?

The activities in this guide may be used in conjunction with the Scientific Decision-making Teacher's Guide: A Case-based Approach for Middle or High School Students.
