The Reading Link: Water

Reading and language arts worksheets with activities that are directly related to the book, Mystery of the Muddled March. Exercises cover word meaning and context clues, sequence of events, cause and effect relationships, details and supporting ideas, the main idea of the story, fact and opinion, following written directions, summarizing, inferences, generalizations, conclusions, and predicting probable outcomes.
Water: The Reading Link is an integrated component of the Water curricular unit, but also may be used alone with the storybook, Mystery of the Muddled Marsh as a set of reading and language arts activities.
These worksheets may be used with a broad range of grade levels. They are most appropriate for use with students in grades 3-5.
